4. Terms of Sale and Products
4.1. Prices and VAT The prices shown in the online store are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal for the end customer (B2C), under the OSS regime of the European Union, when applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and presented to the customer before the order is finalized.
4.2. Payment Methods MYSHOPPERS offers the following secure payment methods: Debit and Credit Card The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
4.3. Promotional Codes and Discount Coupons MYSHOPPERS may periodically offer promotional codes and discount coupons, valid under the conditions specified at the time of their release.Unless otherwise indicated, each coupon can only be used once per customer. The combination of offers between promotions varies depending on the type of promotion.
- Discounts on shipping costs associated with the value or quantity of items in the order are applied automatically and can be combined with other active promotions, including partner/influencer coupons.
- Welcome promotional codes (first purchase) cannot be combined with other coupons or discount promotions on the product price.
5. Shipping and Returns

5.2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) In accordance with European Union law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to state a reason. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. 6. Warranty
In accordance with Portuguese law, products purchased from MYSHOPPERS for non-professional use are covered by a legal warranty against defects in conformity for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
7. ADR and Complaints Book
7.1. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes. The competent ADR entity for our headquarters area is CNIACC - National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes .
