1. Introduction and Identification
These terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for using the website and for purchasing products in the online store MYSHOPPERS.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement and the Disclaimer, and to any and all Agreements: Customer, You and Your refer to you, the person accessing this website to accept the Company's terms and conditions. The Company, We and Our refer to our Company. Entity, Entities or We refer to both the Customer and us, or only the Customer or us.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of the payment necessary to carry out the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate way, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, with the express purpose of meeting the Customer's needs with regard to the provision of the Company's services/products, in accordance with, and subject to, the law in force in Portugal and the European Union.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalised/lower case and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

4. Terms of Sale and Products
4.1. Prices and VAT Prices shown in the online store are in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable depending on the country of delivery, for the end customer (B2C), under the European Union OSS regime. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown to the customer before the order is completed.
4.2. Payment Methods MYSHOPPERS offers the following secure payment methods: debit and credit card. The order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.
4.3. Promotional Codes and Discount Coupons MYSHOPPERS may, from time to time, make available promotional codes and discount coupons, valid under the conditions specified at the time they are announced.
MYSHOPPERS reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion or coupon at any time, without prior notice. Coupons and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
5. Shipping and Returns

5.2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) In accordance with European Union law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product(s) purchased within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, without having to give a reason.

6. Warranty
In accordance with Portuguese law, products purchased from MYSHOPPERS for non-professional use are covered by a legal warranty against lack of conformity for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
7. ADR and Complaints Book
7.1. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity. The competent ADR entity for our registered office area is CNIACC - National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
- Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
